The Big Orange — Miami’s midnight moment
Every December 31st, thousands pour into downtown Miami for the Big Orange New Year’s Eve celebration at Bayfront Park: a 35-foot, 2,000-pound LED sculpture that rises 400 feet up the side of the InterContinental as the clock strikes twelve, followed by fireworks over Biscayne Bay.
Free entry with RSVP, live music from headline artists and DJs, food, art and a citywide party from Wynwood to Brickell — one of the longest-running public New Year’s spectacles in Florida, and one of the events MIAMIGO TV covers.
